Program Name

Caffrey Insurance Portal Verification

Description

One-time verification codes sent via text message to authenticate your identity when signing in to the Caffrey Insurance Solutions employer benefits portal. This service is used to protect access to your benefits account, which may contain sensitive employee health plan information.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your login activity. You will receive one SMS per login attempt. Typical usage is 1–3 messages per session. You will not receive marketing messages, promotional texts, or any messages unrelated to portal login verification.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Caffrey Insurance Solutions does not charge for sending verification codes.

Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any verification message. You can also contact us directly to remove your phone number from the system. Please note that opting out of SMS verification will require you to set up an alternative verification method (such as an authenticator app) to continue accessing the employer portal.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and coverage.

Privacy
